The “dark twin” of 21 Sextury, if you care for the metaphor, 21 Sextreme is from the same folks, and is a network covering over fifteen individual sites. If you care for more fetish content than you can find on most porn sites, 21 Sextreme might just be built for you specifically. The library isn’t huge, but it is exclusive, and I’m pretty sure you’ll want in by the end of the review.

The style of 21 Sextreme
Rather like its sister site 21 Sextury, 21 Sextreme has a style that can’t be condensed easily into a single, convenient phrase, unless that phrase is ‘kinky 21 Sextury’, but I know that that would absolutely be cheating. ‘Quality in every aspect, a delight in puns and just-barely-impossible scenarios, incredible variety, as well as an attention to detail’ is the meat of how we characterized 21 Sextury’s style, and absolutely all of that applies to 21 Sextreme as well. I wasn’t kidding when I said ‘kinky’ – 21 Sextury basically shunts all the fetish content into 21 Sextreme’s direction, and that’s OK. In fact, that’s probably better for a vast majority of you, who either enjoy “vanilla” and not “kinky” or vice versa, and hence is probably more wisdom than it is annoyance. It comes down to whether this style is a good fit in the marketplace, and I definitely believe that it is, so much so that I’m sure you will too if you decide to buy in.

Like the 21 Sextury Review, there’s a lot of good to discuss in terms of usability and navigation with 21 Sextury. Almost daily updates to a library over four thousand clips deep, most in proper 1080p HD. Most clips also have an excellent gallery with them, and all the content is exclusive. There are unfortunately some issues as well, like insufficient pagination and simply no advanced search engine, but like with 21 Sextury, these pale in comparison to the good. I believe I said in the 21 Sextury review that navigation is good when it ‘stays out of your way, responds intuitively, and is quietly useful’ or something close. 21 Sextreme follows this principle just as well as their sister site, and I’m certain you’ll appreciate that.

What I like

- Downloading is allowed and doesn’t require an upgraded membership. This is as it always should be, as I have mentioned many times before.
- Excellent galleries paired with almost every clip, photo count and resolution each good to great.
- Six weekly is an excellent update schedule. It’s shared with the sister network and it will mean the smaller library will grow fairly quickly.
- Like 21 Sextury, variety is excellent, simply on the “darker” side of things, with kinky sex and fetishes aplenty.
What I dislike
- Frankly there’s not enough pagination for the over one hundred pages of content on offer here, making browsing a definite chore.
- No advanced search engine.
- Library smaller than sister site as of yet.
- If you don’t care for fetishes, this probably isn’t a good site for you.

I've compared 21 Sextreme to 21 Sextury a lot in this review. The two sister networks are extremely similar, with the only major differences being the type of content on offer and the library size. 21 Sextreme isn't that far beyond the other, so they earn a score of 89%. As their library grows, that score will improve, but for now, it's already a great porn site, if, that is, you enjoy kink.
